Course Benefits   The objective of this course is to provide the participants a complete practical understanding of FIDIC Contracts (WB, ADB, JICA edition) currently in use thereby enabling them in preparation of FIDIC tender documents& contract andadministration, prevention & resolution of claims and disputes in FIDIC Contracts.
       
Who Should Attend   This event will be of great value to all those actively involved in FIDIC based contract, including representatives from Consulting Engineers, Contractors, Funding Agencies, Employers, as well as representatives from the Legal and other Construction Professions.
