- Sub-station and Generator room position selection
- Automatic Alarm, PA system and manual call point�s location selection

Course Benefits |
|
Participants will also acquire a basic understanding of the physics involved in the chemical reaction and the by-products of fire. Students will learn basic electrical workmanship and installation methods of fire fighting system (alarm) equipment and devices. The participants will gain an understanding the requirements of codes and standards that govern fire alarm (fighting) systems and installations.
Participants will become familiar with the National Fire Alarm and Signaling Code NFPA 72, and NFPA 70, the National Electric Code (NEC). These references are consistent with the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies or NICET�s allowable references.
