Course Title   Training Course on Planning, Managing and Monitoring Project using Primavera. (16th Batch)
       
Course Duration   15-Oct-2017 To 26-Oct-2017 on everyday during 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. 10 Classes (30 Hours)

  • Introduction to basic Management tools and Network Diagrams
  • Introduction to available modules of Primavera
  • Operation of Timesheet Module and P3 Module
  • Assigning the constraints
  • Loading resources
  • Recording and Tracking progress
  • Monitoring Costs
  • Tracing and Adjusting time in tuning costs without sliding the targeted time
  • Reporting and printing the generated output
  • Hands-on practice
